Neil Ruddock has revealed his amazing body transformation after dealing with weight problems for '"years".
'Razor' has lost 10 stone after admitting he weighed as much as 27 stone during lockdown, confessing that he was "getting bigger and bigger" after his playing days.
Ruddock made more than 150 appearances for Liverpool during a five-year spell
'Razor' bravely tackled his increasing weight by undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in 2022. In 2020 he was fitted with a pacemaker, but now says he can eat what he likes - but only in smaller portions.
Roddock said earlier this month:
"I can’t remember the last time I got a suit where I was a 46.
"Feeling very proud of myself today. For those that have struggled over the years, if I can do this you can too, I promise you. 10 stone and counting. This is the best I have felt since I was playing."
Ruddock said last year.
"Last year I had gastric sleeve surgery with @WeAreTransform_ and I'm well into my weight loss journey, to date I've lost 93lbs. This is a fresh start and I'm excited about this new chapter."
