Patrice Evra has labelled Liverpool as title contenders - and joked that the praise will force him to 'cry in the toilet'.
The Reds moved to the top of the table with their 2-0 win over Burnley
Klopp's side ended a run of back-to-back draws after being held by Manchester United and the Gunners.
With just one defeat and six draws this term, Liverpool have endured an upturn in form
Arsenal and Aston Villa are among the challengers plus Manchester City who, with two games in hand, sit eight points off top spot.
Evra conceded that Liverpool have re-emerged as title contenders alongside Man City and Arsenal, albeit somewhat through gritted teeth. "I don't want to answer that," he joked
Evra:
"We have to be neutral when we're on TV, I am a neutral, when (Man) United aren't playing well I'm saying I don't want to watch them because I might have a heart-attack.
"So no, I'm neutral but credit to Liverpool, I think they are serious contenders to win the title, we talk about (Man) City and Arsenal, City have two games in hand, but Liverpool I think are back in business.
"They will keep going, they have consistency, they have a great manager - see, I'm giving credit to Liverpool, now I'm going to cry in the toilet
