'I'm going to get killed' - David Beckham braced for Man United backlash for Liverpool comments

David Beckham has opened up on his admiration for Jurgen Klopp following his Liverpool exit.


Klopp took charge of his final match as Reds manager on Sunday as Liverpool claimed a 2-0 win over Wolves


The Reds first appointed Klopp as manager in October 2015 following the departure of Brendan Rodgers.




Klopp went on to win eight major trophies during his tenure including a Champions League and a long-awaited Premier League title.

Klopp's tenure as Reds manager will officially come to an end this month, and now he has received praise from a Manchester United legend.


Beckham, who made 394 appearances for Man United before leaving to join Real Madrid in 2003, has expressed his admiration for Klopp.


The 49-year-old also admitted that his words of praise for the now-former Liverpool manager may not please some of Man United-supporting friends.
