Alexis Mac Allister has admitted he still struggles to understand Liverpool team-mates Trent Alexander-Arnold and Curtis Jones.
The Argentinian is enjoying his first months as Red, following his move from Brighton & Hove Albion in June
Already in just five Premier League games, he has made a strong claim to be a first-team regular under Jurgen Klopp
The 24-year-old has showcased his versatility by providing capable displays in midfield and also, a deeper role within the engine room.
In Liverpool, it is the accent that he admits is something he hasn't quite got to grips with yet.

"No (not picked up any Scouse slang) still no," Mac Allister revealed.
"I think I need to improve my Scouser (sic) sometimes I cannot even under Trent (Alexander-Arnold) or Curtis (Jones) but I will get there, I will get there!"
Mac Allister added
"(Playing for Liverpool) It's a dream come true. It's what you dream about when you're a kid, not just Liverpool, but the best teams in the world and I think Liverpool is one of them.
"This stadium [Anfield], I had the possibility to play as an away player and it was fantastic. Then I had my debut with this team, it wasn't maybe the best because I got sent off but the atmosphere is amazing.
"I can already see that intensity (playing under Jurgen Klopp) and I can see what he wants from me and the team. He's one of the best managers in the world, I was really looking forward to working with him and now I'm enjoying it."
