Klopp has revealed Darwin Nunez has picked up a foot injury ahead of Liverpool side's huge Premier League match at Arsenal on Sunday.
The Reds have won their last two since the German made the shock announcement that he would be stepping down from his role at the end of the season
Mohamed Salah remains sidelined after suffering a hamstring injury at the Africa Cup of Nations with Egypt
Salah has returned, though, to the AXA Training Centre and has been pictured running as his bid for full fitness continues.
There are good selection headaches for Klopp, however. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson made their Premier League returns on Wednesday
The next decision for Klopp is how does he fit them into his side following the superb form of Conor Bradley and Joe Gomez.
Klopp admits he does not know if Nunez will recover in time for Sunday’s top-of-the-table clash with the Gunners.
Klopp
“A little side story you don’t know, I don’t know if Darwin will be available or not because after 20 minutes, someone stepped on his foot,”
“Very painful after the game.
“He only took the boot the game off after the game because he didn’t want to see it before. He knew there was something.
“He left the stadium in a boot and it was not a football boot. Nothing broken, x-ray clear but swollen. We have to see if he can get his foot back in a football boot or not.
"That takes time. I didn’t see him this morning so we have to wait a little bit.”
