Former Liverpool star Luis Suarez could be set to retire after it was revealed that he is in "constant pain" due to a knee injury.
Suarez is currently playing for Gremio after leaving his boyhood club, Nacional, last December.

Gremio president Alberto Guerra has revealed the striker is in "constant pain" and the issue affecting the Uruguayan is also described as "serious".
Guerra:
"Luis Suarez is reaching his limit,"
"To be able to play, he is given almost daily injections and special treatments; he feels constant pain. The thing is serious."
