Martin Odegaard has hit back at Jamie Carragher's criticism of the his side's celebrations
After sealing victory at the Emirates, Arsenal were hit with a flurry of criticism for how they conducted their post-match celebrations
Carragher, slammed Odegaard and his team-mates and urged the Arsenal players to "get down the tunnel".
Odegaard, though, has responded to the fuss around the actions of him and his team-mates, insisting Arsenal will "stay humble" but should be allowed to enjoy a victory of such magnitude.
Odegaard
“I think everyone who loves football, they know how much it means to win this game,"
"If you’re not allowed to celebrate when you win a game, when are you allowed to celebrate?
“And if you are not allowed to celebrate when you win a game, when are you allowed to celebrate?
"We are happy with the win and we will stay humble.
"We keep working hard and we prepare for the next one but of course you have to be happy when you win.”
