The Football Association has charged Nottingham Forest for the conduct of their supporters during the 1-0 defeat to Liverpool in March.
The Reds defeated Nuno Espirito Santo's side on March 2 thanks to a 99th-minute winner from Darwin Nunez
That led to unsavoury scenes at the City Ground as home supporters thought their side should have been awarded possession just moments before Liverpool's winner.
Forest had already been charged by the FA for the behaviour of first-team coach Steven Reid
The Midlanders have found themselves in further hot water, this time for the behaviour of their fans
an FA statement read:
“Nottingham Forest FC has been charged with misconduct in relation to crowd control at the Premier Leaguematch against Liverpool FC on Saturday 2 March.
“It’s alleged that Nottingham Forest FC failed to ensure its spectators and/or supporters (and anyone purporting to be supporters or followers) conducted themselves in an orderly fashion; didn’t behave in an improper, threatening or provocative way; and/or didn’t commit any form of pitch incursion."
