Former Liverpool player Paul Ince has claimed that Mohamed Salah is not a world class player
Ince acknowledged that Salah, who has found the net 23 times in all competitions this season, is a world class goalscorer.
Ince stated that his belief that Salah can't be described as world class with regards to his all-round game.
Ince:
'Is he a world class goalscorer? Yes.
'I think his record speaks for itself. Is he a world class player, technically? I wouldn't say so.
'I think sometimes when he cuts in on his left foot, putting balls into the box, they are not great.
“But as a far as a world class player scoring goals and making things happen, I think yes.'
Since joining Liverpool in 2017, Salah has scored 209 goals for Liverpool in 340 appearances.
Only Ian Rush, Roger Hunt, Gordon Hodgson and Billy Liddell have found the net for the Reds on more occasions in the club's history.
