Colombia manager Nestor Lorenzo has allayed any injury fears about Liverpool forward Luis Diaz.
The 27-year-old played 114 minutes in the Reds’ 4-3 FA Cup extra-time defeat to Manchester United last weekend
Jurgen Klopp revealed the winger had picked up an injury in the process

"Now, the boys go on international duty, they have to recover. We hope they come back healthy,”
“We had some problems.
“Lucho (Diaz) felt his groin, Darwin (Nunez) his hamstring, hopefully it is not. And Cody (Gakpo) has twisted his ankle I think. I didn't see it back, so we have to see."
“I don't know when they play their first game but probably in four or five days, it's a crazy schedule. Let's hope they can get through that and then the rest of the season starts.”
Nunez would consequently withdraw from the Uruguay squad as a result
Such issues would not prevent Diaz and Gakpo from being called up by Colombia and the Netherlands respectively.
Colombia take on Spain at West Ham United’s London Stadium on Friday night, before facing Romania at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid on Tuesday.
Lorenzo confirmed that Diaz was fit for the game as he hinted that Liverpool have asked Colombia to manage the forward’s game-time carefully
Lorenzo
“Luis is fine. We have measured the loads because he played the extra time,”
"He is one of the players who plays the most."
“They have asked me to take care of him. We’re going to do that, but he’s going to measure himself so that he’s fine.”
